Do you like sweet potatoes pies? I do!! I could not believe the first time I had some it was so yummy! My boyfriend and I would steal pieces of sweet potatoes pie his grandmother made!

Next to lemon tarts with meringue on top, sweet potato pies are my favourites! Soooooo good.

LOVE sweet-potato pie!! Ymmmm.....

My favorite holiday pies: mince, pecan, sweet potato, pumpkin, in that order. Which is not to say pumpkin is bad! They're all good.

Favorite summer pies: blueberry, strawberry rhubarb, lemon meringue

Favorite ice cream: tin roof sundae. (Spanish peanuts with their red skins, and Hershey's chocolate sauce over vanilla ice cream. Yummy! Love the combination of salty and sweet.)
 
sweet potato is nice, here in NZ we have kumura its a kind of sweet potato not as sweet, and kind of subtle leaning to roast pumpkin in taste but with more body and moister...its great

i wonder if i should experiment making a kumura pie, but have the innards glazed..and just pastry on the base and side as semi puffy with cheese that should work... right?

about drama, the only drama you'd get from eating all those, is anybody's guess...lol.. the trip to the Don and a bottle of laxative is sure a recipe for a long drama with toilet papers lol
