Not into pay pal they didn't. Banks and credit card companies will cover fraud. You can always buy gift cards or reload able credit cards as well.

I have a friend who brought a reloadable card from Green Dot.com, and he tried to buy a new fridge with it, and ended up paying double, and when he tried to get a refund, they demanded proof of documents, and I told him that getting that card was a bad idea, although he did get the fridge, but it was a headache to get it.

I think it's already been established that your friends are morons.

My ex husband was paranoid to buy online as well. We got a Walmart reload able credit card. Never had a problem, only pain in the ass was they charge you $3 to put money on it and I think there's a monthly fee. This was years ago, I forget.

How can you drive if you are Deaf? This is still the view of the USDOT. You cannot get a commercial driver license in America if you are Deaf without going through a long waiver process by having to write a letter to the Medical director of the U.S. department of transportation.
