Too bad it's the only part of Canada that is this mild.
How mild? No snow? Palm trees?
Do you know otherwise?Jesus... are you guys assuming he's from the USA?
Considering I have live in Canada many years- still not desire to move to the United States. I spent the first 26 years of my life in Windsor Ontario- yeah 1 mile away from Detroit. Been there many times! Quite familiar with some of the United States. One of my brothers has moved to the USA about 40 years ago and still lives there. He is still a Canadian citizen with a "green card". At the moment enjoying Arizona!~
There is no Provincial counterpart to the US Social Security. Only Federal: Canada Pension and Old Age Security. CPP is based on how one pays over their lifetime till age 65 and OAS is based on 40 years of residence.
Yeah we even have 2 different sign languages: ASL & QLS
Implanted Advanced Bionics-Harmony activated Aug/07

Fairly moderate, not too cold; not too hot.
No snow last year, and we do have ferns and imported palm trees that survive through the cold snaps. And there's a nutter trying to grow an olive grove somewhere. Far from tropical though.
The last time the city used their plows prior to the blizzard in 2008 was in the 80s.
American Army forces burned Iraq and Afghanistan.
I dislike great amount of budget for military purpose. Their amouts are 4% of U.S.A GDP.
Welfare budget is only 4%.
I want to live in canada ;;
