Do you have a cochlear implant?
I was implanted 21 +1 years ago, I wear a N6 and have 86% hearing with the processor, in my left ear, I am profoundly deaf without it.
I have just recently created a community space on instagram IG handle @the_cochlear_community facebook- the cochlear community.
I would love to have some followers and have lots of plans to post interesting things in 2020- if there is any topic subject you would like me to talk about please message or DM me.
 
I had surgery in 1992. I stopped wearing CI in I think 1997. I started wearing it again two months ago, I have a few questions about N6. I am looking for a mentor to help me figure things out like apps that CI recipients use to improve their speech and listening skills. I am too addicted to Facebook and Instagram. I need a break from social media for a little while to have fun with friends. Do you have a forum or website?
 
I am a Cochlear Volunteer, Bi-Lateral N6. Lots of support groups on Facebook.
