I got new Xbox 360 with HDMI today

Also, not forget about 4 GB isn't enough for me because I have 50 GB worth of contents.

I prefer to install games via HDD because disc running annoy me.

Dude, Sorry I haven't any source.. My personal experience, I did exchanged it for new console after 30 days. They almost disapproved for return or exchange. But somehow, My fiancée show receipt paper to them saying 60 days limit for rxchange or refund. they offered me new DVD games instead exchange it. I told them, no, i wanted the new console. They gave up and allowed me exchange it for new console.

finally i saw it with tag $199-- at walmart when i shopped the foods and needs. :P

Dude, I havent own FM3 yet.. out of curiously, why made you say that?

I did play FM3, it is great game. I noticed that FM3 improve from FM series.

FYI, Today I went and stopped by Walmart to get MILK for my sweet lady. anyway I know one of employees, he himself is CODA. I wanted to re-check and make sure about policy.. I talked with him about return and exchange. I am right that XBOX OR PS3 console can return for exchange or refund in 90 days, thats it. I asked him, what if it ended up RDOD(red dot of death), It can return for new console or refund in 90 days? His answer is yes, thats right and says its policy. Seee, see that.. :P thats why I wont buy it from bestbuy or the main electric store.

next time you ask any clerk retailer at walmart about exchange/ refund policy before buy it. dont hurt to ask.. ;)

because FM3 has content on 2nd disc that require to install in HDD with all DLC.

Xbox 360 S 250GB hard drive gonna hit into stores soon as right now.. it sells for $129.99 like old one 250GB with a tag $129.99.


Otherwise, you can save your$$$$, the pervious (old) hdd will work on new xbox 360s WITHOUT hack/ mod.. You just take HDD out of it, port it into new XBOX 360s slot. thats it.

MSFT COW eating the green of pasture: They force Gamers to buy New HDD for X360 S instead of take it down, port the old HDD into new XB360s. Gamers refuse to following TOU, MSFT will find if gamers who use old HDD which runs in new 360 S by network. they automatically disable Owners's new 360s console and shut down their account from XBL for permanent, period.. thats meaning you have to buy another *new* console and create the new account..

I don't care nor worry about their crippled rule. I am still stubborn to take HDD out of old hardware for XB36S4GB. but I wont connect it by XBL network meanwhile old HDD runs in new XB36S 4GB. I will use USB if connect it on XBL network. You know what I saying..
 
Two months ago, my son bought used XBOX with HDMI, wifi, 2 pads with keyboard for $125 at craigslist. He bought brand new Western Digital HDD (250gb) for $18.00 plus tax. He installed upgrade HDD. It worked!!!
 
I picked up XB360 s 4G from walmart, But I didn't hook it up with HDTV yet..
