If you are discriminated at the job, get a lawyer. Ask your deaf services agency for a referral to a ADA lawyer and file for discrimination. You can see the lawyer for 30 to 1 hour for free (depends on the lawyer) and explain your situation. Then the lawyer will tell you if she/he will sue them. Make sure you have plenty of evidence of discrimination--the lawyer will tell you what kind of proof needed.
Or find another job, maybe in the deaf community might be a better choice if possible. Hang in there and good luck.
I agree with him/her. When work at Hospital I'm good job. But I got a laid off for one year. I too late for me a long time to get ADA Lawyer. So I will keep remember this. I will go college and try to do my best as I can. I got 3.24 GPA so far. I will search for job or go Washington D.C. I pray for you to get win.
