Banana Bread
1 cup sugar 2 cups flour
1/2 cup shortening 1 tsp baking soda
1 egg salt
3 banana *ripe*

Mix in order given and bake at 350 degree for 1 hour.

There u go.

Banana Bread Recipe

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 4 bananas, finely crushed
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350F; grease and flour and loaf pan. Add butter to sugar and cream; add eggs and bananas and combine. Separately, sift together flour, baking soda and salt, then add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla. Pour into loaf pan and bake 60 minutes.
