I admit I should know about mortgage first.

I still not get mortgage yet. Only I got from bank loan that really sucks! I visited my old friend in Colorado Springs and saw nice 6 years old big house. I was surprise that the mortgage payment is 240 dollars a month. I guess I was wrong to buy trailer with bank loan.

Not that reason..
The owner have rights because tired of stupid weather kept contstantly raining here. So am I getting tired of shit weather heavy rain almost contstantly here..
My husband and I were looking out for The owner's new house.. and can see the house isn't pretty sight finished the building house..
We have no choice and accept dealy the another closing date on Sept 30th.
Yes, Certinally, Im very dispointment because delay. My dream wanted to be settled new home on sept 15th closing the date! :( ~ Yes I'm admit, I'm very sad, but accept it!

OUch.. that pain ass... I hope your house will be sold sooner.. Did Real estate tell you about problem way looks inside your house model of wall or not proprite?
I bet Real Estate afraid to tell you truth about your room isn't look color well..

Of course I refused buy house same time while pending the selling house.. I've learned the HGTV showing about Price to sell houses, Home Hunters,and other showing... Unless first sell house til be sold then happy hunting the houses..
Selling house by design: have you watch this show? Pretty extreme impressive learned it lot because of model really outdated the kitchen or living room or anything needs to improve little bit brighter and helps customer's eyes will attention more and easily sold within 2 wks..

Worth try ? I admit I like to suggestion you...

I admit I agreed with GA about these TV shows. They are very informative. One of excellent research tool for first time home buyers!

Yes, my real estate guy told me what people said about my house "property too big", "too many floors", "don't like the color of the bathroom", "don't like the next door's property", "outdated bathrooms" (come on.. the house is in the historical district & built in 1920's and still have its orginal floor tiles!! :ugh2: ), and etc... The only thing I can change is the color of the bathroom. Sigh.... I admit that we are thinking of having our house up for rent instead.. I know being a landlord is not an easy job but I'm willing to do anything.
Yes, I do watch all kind of shows that you mentioned. I'm a handy person. I love to fix, renovate, remodel, etc...
