Amendment 2 isn't applies to all countries, just USA only and some countries may have own constitution or laws that promote gun rights.

I don't see gun rights as my major concern for relocation and I prefer to live in urban, obviously gun control law is very common in urban area since small city and rural are very gun friendly.

Well, I know about one man in my area failed the background check because of juvenile record due fighting in high school in past. I asked my friend about juvenile record could affect background check so he said it could be happen. I found somewhere on internet about one guy from Mich failed the background check because of OCD and disqualified from get guns.

That's not legal.....Juvi records are sealed.....plus unless he seriously injured someone or used a weapon fighting is not a Felony.

well - if the person failed the background check because of his juvie record.... it's obviously something serious.

I'm not sure and it sounds like more state background check instead of federal background check so I never experience about background check yet.

I found from website and the guy with OCD said Michigan law doesn't allows people with OCD to have guns, it made him as disqualified from buy guns.

I know only way to bypass to protect yourself is get finance or spouse whoever is armed so you are good to go.

I believe that American liberals and Democratic Party should support Second Amendment because they are all about rights.

The idea of gun control and gun ban in America isn't occur until 1970's and 1980's like Chicago and DC banned on guns in 1980's, I think so and I have seen strong wake of gun rights in 2000's, same goes to gay rights that mostly independent Americans favor in. We already know about evidence on gun control and gun ban are not working after couple of cities passed in 1980's. I do aware of low crime in some European countries because of different society so we live in different society too.

Some of gun regulations are okay, such as background check and outlaw to sell guns to minor - under 18 years old, it is all about responsibility.

I think that is part of the problem with those in the government who are dead set against allowing citizens to carry guns. The lack of responsibility of some people.

It sucks that with every single issue we have in the USA there is no happy medium.
