Huge meteor hit somewhere in Eastern Russia

I don't know why anyone in this thread didn't mention a possible suspicion about NASA. First of all, NASA announced about DB14 and said that it wouldn't hit the earth. Then a different meteor hit Russia. Did NASA know about it in advance but refused to announce it? NASA spotted DB14 but not Russia meteor. It doesn't make sense to me. How did it miss spotting the first one?

Meteors are a LOT smaller than asteroids. They are much harder to spot.

OIC. I just found out that its mph was 33,000 that is twice faster than 2012 DA14 (17,000 mph). Maybe that's another reason why NASA didn't spot it.
