Actually, Jacob, For VIP members - here is what it states on this thread;

These are the guideline as to what VIP members have and what are not for the regular members.

The regular members cannot upload an animated avatar BUT however, They can upload an animated signature. ;)


By the way, Fightfree - Welcome to AllDeaf! Can you please resize your signature and make it smaller? If so, it'd be much obliged. This is just a note to let you know the signature needs to be under 50kb or a smaller size in the height and length. Thanks.
