THAT. It's the best way to meet people. If you're at a park - Strike up a conversation by saying "Hi, It's a nice day out here for a run, isn't it?" or something of that nature. If you're at a church, say - "Hi, God is good, praise him be." Wherever you and that person are at, strike up a conversation because usually when you're at a place - there's always a chance that there's some similarities/interests are found between you two.

Confidence is the key, I would like to think so.

I used this "cheesy" one on my wife ... I remember it from a movie (forget which one) and it just cracks me up.

While grocery shopping we were strolling down the frozen food section. I suddenly and sternly tapped her to get her attention. When she looked at me, I signed "You really should not be in the frozen food section" with a very stern expression.

She of course asked "Why not?"

My reply was, "Because you are so hot, you will melt all the stuff" in a very provocative manner.
