How to request ASL classes into High Schools ??

I need some help. Many school educators told me many different ways how to request, and got me confused. Those requests ended up in wrong hands and the requests came back -- found out unsuccessfully.

So, I come to you for your assistance. I request a school principal to add ASL classes at his high school for the first time so the potential ASL students learn ASL. Many students came to me and wanted ASL in their schools. Kinda hopeless helping them to get ASL in a high school classroom.
 
Maybe contact your states education department?
I believe Delaware has made ASL an eligible language for students to take to meet their foreign language requirements. Unfortunately for my daughter who was already taking community ASL classes the college she was going to apply to did not accept it for their requirements. I have no idea if any HSs in DE offer ASL yet.
 
Try to make a petition, also! That way, if you can show that many students and teachers would enjoy ASL classes being offered. Good luck! :)
