How to remove Greatsavings virus?

I recommended to use Bitdefender because it is best anti-virus that detect most of malware.

UPDATE: I'm no longer to recommend Bitdefender because they crashed the computer easily and I thought that my motherboard is starting to die but it was from Bitdefender.
