How to downgrade from IOS 7 to IOS 6 on iPad?

I have the iPad 2 and upgraded the IOS to 7...then I removed an app because it kept "freezing" and then downloaded the app again...Now the captioning on the app is way smaller than it was on the IOS 6 app... How can I revert back to IOS 6 app? This includes Netflix app too! Not a happy camper :mad:

I no longer watch shows on Cable...rely on apps to watch shows on the iPad...How can I fix the captioning issue? (and no, the captioning feature via "application settings" DOES NOT fix the issue...
 
My iPad 2 has been upgraded iOS 7. All my app are fine with me. Also, my iPhone 5, too. I see my Netflix with subtitle is fine.
 
Can't downgrade from iOS 7 to iOS 6 on iPAD except iPhone 4.

You can't because Apple no longer signing iOS 6.

I checked myself and it does work, so Netflix use Apple CC style now.

Just check the update or check the CC setting on iOS.
 
I checked NBC app and they use own CC style (fixed style) so you can't change it.

Just contact NBC and update the app to support Apple CC custom.

Apple custom CC works with Netflix.

I tested my iPad2.. that NBC app does not have resize subtitle. My CNN app does work small to big fonts but, no yellow fonts.

Fox Now - No but good CC

But CNN Live don't have TWC (Time Warner Cable) provider. :(

Chevy57 did a good research on this issue. looks like the problem is NOT with ipad but with nbc that they are not up to date with new ios7. everybody with ipad needs to complain to nbc about captioning issue. Just one person is not going to help- if eenough people complain, they they will notice the issue in mass numbers, not one person and blame the settings or the nduser.

Netflix works with Apple custom CC.

HBO Go and Showtime support Apple custom CC.
