Spread over the 3 meals, it will be easy to eat 5 servings.

But Most people do not eat veggies for breakfast and I know some people that do not even eat breakfast . I eat about two pieces of fruits a day and that is plenty for me and I have a salad just about everyday .

I may be wrong, but I took it to mean, the 5 servings were a combination of either fruits or vegs, as in a banana for breakfast, maybe an orange or apple with your lunch and a salad or green beans or any veg with dinner. That way you'd get plenty of fruits and vegetables.

There's no way I can eat everything that I should. I just don't have the capacity, and I have digestion problems. I try to eat salads often but I always suffer for it after. I eat my little bowl of oatmeal for breakfast (doctor recommended for cholesterol).

I have lots of stress, and I don't sleep thru the night. I don't know if any of my immediate family past 80 had memory problems since they died in their 60's.

So, according to the quiz, my brain equals my age. :(

15 less than my actual age. But I think unfortunately, my decrepit body will just take the great brain along with it when it goes.

I am proof positive that a relatively healthy lifestyle, isn't a guarantee.

MY Brain Age equaled my age....:giggle:...gotta say with all the surgeries I've had, I'm not surprised tho'...It's just that my behavior is not appropriate with my age.....:laugh2:

I had a client that had Parkinson's disease and she could only drink ice cream shakes with an instant breakfast drink . I would put it in a blender for her and add extra ice cream . She was not able to chew food anymore and her mind was a sharp at a tack . So I would not worry about this test. I had clients that were 70 -100 plus years old and I really don't their diets had anything to with how old their brain were.

I took the test...it came back with "how the hell are you still breathing" HAHA
