How long do you wear your HA/Ci's in a day?

I wear two hearing aids. One I take off at night and put it on first thing in the morning. The other I wear it constantly, even while sleeping. I just sleep on the other ear.

I'm lazy, I only ware them when I think I think I need them , Ie with doctors when out with friends , at the coffee house shopping , not much at home , I just turn the captions on, I do with for open captions tho.
 
Wear them when I leave my house. Sometimes in the house. It varies day to day. If my husband adn son didnt know ASL, I probably would have to wear them all the time at home.
 
I put on my CI immediately after showering in the morning, and don't take it off until I go to bed.

The HA I usually wear at work and in some social situations, otherwise it stays in its box. I need to wear it more (keep that ear stimulated for a possible second CI).

Sometimes I go for a run without my CI on---it's a very surreal experience; I almost feel like I'm floating above the sidewalk, I feel so disconnected from everything.
 
I put my CI first thing in the morning after I wake up and take my CI off the last thing before i go to bed, unless I take a shower, then I take it off before taking shower and then go to bed.
