How is your weather today?

We just had a seriously awesome massive thunderstorm come through. the lightening was intense and the thunder was loud enough I felt the house vibrate with it. Flights were put on standby at PBIA for 1 hour and are just now beginning to take off again.

We've been having totally awesome weather for the past couple of days. We're finally getting our much needed rain, and last night we had nasty storms (pics are on my FB), and it's cooled us down considerably. Lows near 70, with highs near 90, with rainy grey skies. This is major turnaround from the intense record breaking heat and 2nd worst drought on record for us. I hope fall comes as quickly as summer did. I felt like I was going to die on the farm from the heat. It was just miserable at best.

I heard it was the worst drought in south since the 50s. A lot of baby animals are abandoned b/c of the drought. :(

Today was warm and dry. 'spose to rain tomorrow for sho'.

Yeah it's been bad. I have a friend that's raising two orphaned fawns. One male, one female. She has no intentions of breeding them and is keeping them in separate enclosures outside. When they are older she will release them to allow them to roam freely on her property.

Wet, wet, and did I say WET? Another branch on my poor maple tree cracked and is hanging"by a tread". At least it's not thretening the shed like the other one. When, oh, when is my landord's tree cutter coming to take the tree down? They may be extra busy because we had some strong winds/storms last week which caused a lot worse conditions in other parts of the county.

Nicer here. It is in the 80's for highs although I think going back to 90 later this week.

Massive heat and clouds out there. No wind at all. Temp is 92, heat index of 105. I was hoping that after last night torrential rains, that it would be a little cooler, but no dice.

Very cloudy today and very little sprinkle. not enough rain to get yo hair wet.

During dinner we had another humdinger of a thunderstorm. Wowie!!

SNOWING< and its RARE for my Town to get any snow at all, its a freak storm for real

Went from 65 degrees to 100 degrees in 2 hours driving from the mountains of AZ to the desert of Phx.

Torrential downpours again.I think Mama Nature is trying to help us make up for the 65-67 days of no rain. It's working! Ponds, canals and such are filling back up almost to normal levels. Grass is green again and with the winds, the trees are losing all the dead branches that people (like us) did not trim out.

no rain here tend to happen around october.. ;) so it's tend to be warmer in summer time.. ahh thank god for sun :D so... but I was lucky that i wasn't even born here in california but my bro and sis i pity them both ;) I was born in chicago IL but moved here due to my dad's job.. it's long story but at least I don't have to deal with chicago weather cuz it tend to change 2 or 3 times in same day blah.. :)

i forgot to mention it was in mid 70s yesterday. today was really nice, mostly sunny and low 80s.same weather tomorrow.
