Black Hills gold is a special tri-color gold style, and traditionally, it is a particular grape and leaf pattern, from the the Black Hills area of South Dakota.

I have a pair of Black Hills earrings that a friend from South Dakota gave me, and I know a couple who had custom made Black Hills wedding bands. Very nice.
