How do you peel an entire head of garlic?

Ohh, garlic, ohhh.... I love eating these. Whenever I peel an entire head of garlic, I would divide them in pieces and roll them until it's soft enough to get out. The roasting method is something I've gotta try. Heck, who cares about having garlic breath? haha.

this calls for garlic fries! :D
