I thaw the hamburger if from freezer. One pound.

1 teaspoon- cajun season
1- basil
1/2 cup - onion cooked
1 teaspon - italian seasonal
Mix them and put a ketcup on the top then throw it in the oven 350 degree for just 25 mins

We use ground pork instead. I never thought of using steak sauce.
We use Worchestshire sauce and ketschup.
Also, green peppers and thyme instead of oregano.
