If you are using android, why not just use google pictures and have it automatically upload as you go. Once you have a moment, you can log in and arrange your pictures way you want it..

Yes, but I'm mostly using my computer for the forums.

You can set your phone to upload your pictures automatically when you take them using your phone. Then when you are at your computer or even using your phone, you can arrange them into albums however you want.

Your pictures will show up across all your signed in devices.

After quick search, there is a tab on top of this page that says media. Check that out and you should be able to create an album you want there.
