First of all, hello all! Happy Monday........hope friday comes quick!
I just wanted to share a new find to you all.
A dear friend of mine whom I grew up with has been hounding me telling me she wishes we could see each other more than one time a year. Well with the economy and all, we don't have the funds to fly multiple times a year to visit each other. Soooooo, long story short she got me this video phone that was on the Celebrity Apprentice a few months back so we could sign to one another and SEE EACH OTHER in real time every day for free (of course she bought me the phone for $99 and i pay $29/mo to use it) but talk about a new leash on life! All I have to do is pick up the phone dial her number, she answers and i set the receiver down and sign..........not only that but we spent Easter together because I ran the phone through my tv and she did the same so it was like we were both together celebrating the holiday all day!
Anyway, some of you may not share my excitement but I thought it was only fair to share in case others of you found yourself in the same situation. I really enjoy this group and I am so glad there is a forum for us like this to communicate.
