Apartment living I can live with or condo; its the income I worry about. I don't think I ever will own a home- never did because I moved around so much in the last 10 years and my income fluctuated a lot. Maybe will inherit this or my aunt's house but I'm betting they all will live well into their 90s lol.

Yeah the welfare office was going to try and made my apartment a section 8 for their client b/c my rent was so reasonable. My house was in a historic part of the city which is a very nice part to live in.

It is landlord that make decision to convert the apartment into Section 8.
