I would not be the right person, though. I'd hate it. All those windows open to whomever is passing by? And it looks like the master bedroom (maybe that's the only bedroom?) has no door on it.
Not my taste at all, but it's definitely imaginative.
Well, with the poor economy, many people are considering downsizing and realizing they don't need a huge place to live to be comfortable.
One guy I know here lives in an Amish building. It's basically a storage shed that has been insulated and has utilities running to it. It's all one room. The only divided part is a small corner where the toilet is, it's about the size of a bathroom stall at Walmart. He uses small electric heaters to heat it in the winter and has a window A/C unit to cool it in the summer. It sits on two acres of land as required by our zoning laws in regards to septic systems. He doesn't own a car, he rides a bicycle back and forth to work every day.
