Houses of the Future?

What the? That's the tiniest lot I've ever seen. Still wouldn't want to live there. I need at least 25 acres of land.

What if it was on 25 acres of land?

*why so many acres?*

I'd go crazy.

And I grew up on a ranch with plenty of land. I like having space and making my own trails when I ride my horse.

Yeah, what PFH said. He knows me.

I like it. I wonder how much it does cost? I think zoning laws would be a problem as that small a lot would not be allowed in most places.

While I would love to live in a place like that, my only objection it is that it's a bit smaller than I want. It'd have be in middle of the city.

I do not mind!!! save the bill for heat, or lights, and small space to save $$ to heat in the tiny house! save a lot of bills! but i cant live there since im married and two kids. if i were single. I would! in a better atomsphere of course.

I would willingly allow my family to live elsewhere if I was able to have something like that and my cats. Heck, we could see each other during the day and visit on weekends, but let me have my own little space please.

looks spacious but I'll need bunch of security.

Spacious at 313 sq ft? Lol......

it can be considered spacious if utilized well. People don't realize that positioning of furnitures can make a world of difference.
