Did you say when you wanted an answer? I heard of people writing that their offer on a house will expire at a certain time hoping the seller will bite .

No this one is a bidding with the bank...

Guess Im gonna go hang myself now.


LOL naw, someone over bid the house and got it. wont know how much until they close. Unless their loan fails or something doesnt go through its considered sold for now.

So, Im back in the market looking.

Im sure, My agent said the market will be picking up soon as people prepare for spring ( most dont want to deal with moving in winter nor selling / going out in the cold ) so if thats the case, they will be flying on the market in a few weeks.

It's like that out here too once it start to warm up 'for sale' signs pop up like wild mushrooms !
