HOT...Outside?

Being blonde with very fair skin...I do burn!...use tons of lotion...but after having 2 skin cancers (arm and hand)...I avoid the sun during the peak hours....wait until late evening.

The heat and humidity these several days...oh my!...hard to breathe at times out there.

I burn all the time, being so fair skinned, even with lotion. I always keep my eyes peeled for skin cancer signs, and have never seen any. How did you know you did? What were your signs? Thank you!

love hot weather… zoomed to swim to released my stress from 2 jobs.

Out of seven siblings I am the only one who has not had some form of skin cancer. My sister just had her second one removed. We own a boat and I use to let myself burn all the time, still do a little bit. The damage comes from when you were young. I think I read that if you have had more then five sunburns in your life your chance for skin cancer is pretty high. OMG we went to the beach every day during the summer when I was a teenager. Sunscreen wasn't even around back then.

I see my dermatologist once a year for skin cancer screening. I'm due to go again and these appointments I won't skip.

Lol loved it that's how us Phoenician's feel here Phoenix Arizona in the summer.
