I get sunburnt way too easily. That's why if I'm going on a long bicycle ride, I generally wear a light colored light long sleeved shirt, such as white. That'll protect me from sunburns, but I must also have something to drink, since I can ride a long way without stopping.
Do you get heat rash?
No. My skins peels off if I get it red enough. Thankfully that hasn't happened for a few years now. Trying to be mindful of where the sun is, and how hot it can get. Our temps have been in the 70's and 80's, for the most part, although we did have a 65 recently, and tonight's low will be 55 degrees, something we've not had in a while. Not since the end of May did we have temps that low.
Oh wow, I get heat rash after stayed outside for long time and sweated.
Yes, I was in deaf redneck camp for 2 days - no AC and I got sunburn after played cornhole games all day. Yes, skin peeling is very ugly and it fell over the floor so had to vacuum.
70 degrees here...
Bad-azz storm is brewing here like a percolator coffee pot.......but we've only got a few drizzles....as it's headed for the Beaches....Sure has cooled things off tho'....more upper-90's all week, but usually late evening thunderstorms...."Let it Rain!"
Too much rain already!
