Well today I got sent to the hospital from school. I had 3 seizures in school right as my dad was suppose to come pick me up. I've been told that all together they lasted 15-20 min. I got the whole medical response team to responde yippie. Than they told my dad (who was outside the whole time) They asked him to please move his car because there was an ambulance comming my dad asked for what They said A girl is having a seizure My dad said Elaina and they said yes so he came running in to see how bad it was they got me into the ambulence i was bawling than i have a phobia of getting iv's and the EMT was fighting with me to get an IV We got to the hospital they than started an IV got me into a cat scan and than said oh your fine you can go. So we called my doctor and now i get sent to a neurologist and probably a week stay in the hospital. So if ya'll could please keep me in your prayers this is really scary and frustrating. i'm looking at losing my licensce and getting a VNS or brain surgery. I haven't had seizures since i was 9 so i'm really worried

Oh no. Hope it is not so serious for u. I will say a prayer for u.
 
Will keep you in my thoughts and prayers, hoping you'll get through all this, not having the 'fear', but having a peace of mind. Also, pls. hang in there and keep AD'ers updated--

Thanks ya'll I promise i will keep everyone updated! I've got the worst headache ever from crying during the seizures and the trip to the hospital. Right now i'm not allowed to drive or ride a bike or go walking alone or go to the lake alone. It sucks horribley. It sucks because i'm 16 my driving is my life. And everyone at school is constantly asking me are you ok? how are you feeling? Are you stressed? 30-40 times a day it starts to stress me out because i keep getting asked the same questions.
 
AWWWW here is a big :hug: Hang in there and I will be thinking of you and hoping all will turn out well.

Lol Brave that one i gotta laugh at because i bawled like alittle baby the whole way to the hospital lol. I kinda even though i'm still really disorentated can kinda look at today and laugh and be like what made me do that and at least something worse didn't happen. I've recieved so many texts from one of my best friends panicing are you ok are you sure is there anything i can do? it's really great to see all the people that care about me and i thank you guys so much without your support some of this would be really hard to get through i feel like i have a real family here:hug:
 
Lil country girl.. I do hope ya will be okay... oh boy seizures? hmm there might be some underlying problems below that.. hope teh doc can find out what wrong with ya eh and get that fixed...

How scary to experience that! To have few seizures that took long time to stop sounds serious. Hope the neurologist will find an answer that can be fixed, and enable you to lead an independent life.

Hang in there and bask in the care of your friends and family.
 
u are in my thoughts n prayers. I hope they will figure it out and get ya well pretty soon! others are right u are brave. Heres my :hug: for you to make u feel better.. :)
 
Oh my goodness, and you are in my prayers and thoughts. May God be with you thru this frightening moment. May He comforts and strengthen you thru and thru. Smile
 
Hey ya'll so I have an appointment with my nerologist bright and early in the morning I find out what tests i have to have done. And i find out when and if i'll ever get my license back. I really miss my license like really really really miss it. Even though it's the next day i still feel really disorientated and i'm having a really hard time getting my hands and my head to work together like i'm trying to eat but i just can't get the fork to my mouth.
 
Sorry to hear that your health not been too good but pray and hope u will find some answers to it and can find ways to lead a better or easier life. Will keep you in my prayers and thoughts. Thanks for sharing it with us. :)
