Easiest way is to Google ..ASL SOCIAL ..or...DEAF SOCIAL..along with your city.
There should be a listing for the dates and times when the deaf community get-together. Here in Houston, Tx. we even have a regular LATINO Social, not pure Latinos but a few non-latinos (gringos) like myself mixed in. Wonderful way that they teach us MSL and we in return teach them ASL.
