I got a handicapped parking pass 4 years ago thats when i was wearing a hearing aid. It benefits so i dont have to put money in the meters.An handicapped parking pass are extempt from feeding the meters. Just like native americans who own casinos in california are extempt from paying taxes.

So you don't want to put coins in the meter so that is why you have a handicapped parking pass? What are you? a cheap bastard? I wonder if you take your date to McDonalds and order a happy meal because it is cheaper than a value meal. Your date sure would love those toys they offered. :giggle:

:werd: I think that handicapped passes should only be for those who REALLY need it... like the elderly who can't walk far or those who are actually physically handicapped. You're deaf, you can still walk like every other person.

Hey speaking of a happy meal..Im planing suing mc donalds if they tell me happy meals are for 12 and under. Thats age discrimination. Just like theres a guy took the bar owner to court because of ladies night promotion. He orders a drink and found out the ladies were getting $2.00 off on all drinks and he had to pay $3.25 for a martini and ladies only paid $1.25 for a martini and other mixed drinks. So he sued the bar owner for $100,000 for sex discrimination.

I do not need handicapped parking pass because I can walk or run well. I think it's not necassary for deaf to apply handicapped parking pass.

Well what if the parking lot is packed? You look for the handicapped spaces. Thats what happend at work long time ago. Back then i didnt have one of those permits,The parking lot were full so i had to go out on the street park at the meter it was only a 2 hour time limit on there . So i put in for 2 hours..Well i asked the boss i gotta put more money in the meter cause my car is parked there my boss said no you got work to do. So i had to work till lunchtime then i went out to my car found a parking ticket that cost me $70 So i yelled at my boss because he wouldnt let me feed the meter so he fired me. And the ACLU wouldnt take my case because i was fired cause the boss wouldnt let me go back and feed the meter. ACLU Dont take mens cases they take women and minories cases. Like they took this womans case when her boss fired her because she wouldnt wear a dress to work.

I understand and agree that it's wrong of your boss but... but... but.. you should not yell to your boss because it's disrespect what you did to your boss which it's no good. Did you have work council in your work place? If yes, why cant you check with work council with those parking ticket etc. Do your boss own parking lot in his company for the workers who can park there?

When you know you has the problem to park anywhere but why cant you use bus or train when there're good connection?

I pay fine for park wrong place. I cant do anything but respect the law because I ignore warning signal to park for few minutes. It's my fault because I should park right place!

Yes, it is the law for every-one even the disabled people to pay the fines too, my father received lots of tickets for it, as he was fed up with one hour parking limit as he complain to the council in England and local newspaper as it is impossible to find a space parking, put my late mother in wheelchair, out for a meal and be back on time within one hour, it sound impossible to have all done within one hour isn't it, despite it, he received lots of parking fines for it!! He want to see it changed to 2 to 3 hour parking limit for handicapped people.

One hour limit for disabled card? :eek: It's not right!!!!! It's understandable for elder and handciapped people use disabled card when they walk hardly but they need to near stores to shop. (1 or 2 minute walk to stores)

Here in Germany, the disabled people who own orange card can shop without hour limit but but but..... It's different about train station. The police are not stupid when they see disabled people park on train station parking lot because they make their day trip with train to leave their car all the day so they has the right to add parking ticket on disabled people's car. If disabled people are not on the train but pick someone from train then they has to add extra clock face limit card on it to let police know that they are not on the train for their day trip but pick someone else or at the cafe.

Why? Because car parking lot at train station is 10 minutes away walk to town, that's why the police are not stupid when they see their parking at train station. It's logically!!!!

Because public transportation is terrable in baltimore.Baltimore has 1 frigging line of subway. Id like to see baltimore with 6,7 or 8 lines of subway. Like NYC does. Waiting for bus sometime be 15-20 minutes plus it stops at red lights and wait for slow poke pinckly old bats takes forever to put money in the box and wait to sit down. New yorkers dont take that crap. Ever wonder why they push em down the tracks? You hear it everyday on the news.
