oh you'll feel it! It shoots several pellets per sec so you'll definitely feel it. the only protection you need is eye glasses (or face mask). You can just wear long sleeve shirt and pants to protect yourself from "sting" wound.

The players abide by Honor Code so if they get hit, they stay dead. Same thing for paintball.
