hi im new here im lesley i live in colcester uk i have 6 children 5 girls 1 boy ive come on here searchin for ppl to chat to im deaf with 2 hearin aids hi powered 1's i donot sighn but wish i did as well as my family im startin to get lonley when i cannot hear my children talk about school n other things goin on in life i dont like askin them to repeat wot they say coss ya know kids goin off in huff yougest will start nursery in afternoons from 9th sept so will be at home almost all day my family live too far to visit 5-7 hrs away in wales the only relitives here is my husbands mum n dad i i want to meet friends n try n get out make friends is wot i need as family life n not bein to join in it is hard i realy need to learn to sighn but at mo cannot afford it when i 1st got hearin aids at 10yr old my mum was asked if she wanted me to go to deaf school she refused but i wished she asked me not make my mind up for me i talk clear i cant hear so i say im lucky without hearin aids i dont hear but i have ezxma in my ears which makes it worse to hear with aids sry im goin on was just here to say hi i can keep goin on n on but will just add i lonely need chat to some1 as friend or go mad coss things i dont want to keep talk to hubby about sry again tc all lesley
