:wave:hello i am new on here,
i have only had my hearing aids for a few months and am still getting used to them. its strange being able to hear now after being in a silent world for ages. well i thought i could hear enough until i got the new aids in.
so what happens on here.
i only found this site cos someone sent me a little note with a picture on it by lilys arts.com and i thought i would check it out. and here i am.

welcome, yes new aids are awesome..took me about 2 weeks but hearing things i missed was awesome! I still tell my daughter not to yell at me.

I remember getting my last sets of aids and mentioned that the toilet flushing sounded like Niagra Falls!:giggle:

I also had never heard a cricket of a frog before I got them. Now I have lost all of my hearing and aids don't work and I am not a candidate for a cochlear implant.
