Hi, good question, we ask for names so that we don't have duplicate or same information entered twice. We will not share or tell anyone about you or give your name out. It is safe with us. Thanks for asking.

I don't think it is wise to have us or any deaf person fill out his or her name for the Deaf Count census. Not on online. It would be better if there is a door-to-door person as a census taker with the deaf or any disability to be counted. I hope you are not using this as a scam. No one like to be a fool or be scam trying to take advantage of us.
