Help!!! AD Caucus Date Changes...

Curious...is there a final decsion on the date yet? I am curious because I am planning to go out to Wild Wild West for 3 weeks (in late July to August). I hope I can meet anyone from AD.

Yeah, I was wondering that, too. Any details finalized yet (like place, date, etc.)?
 
May I ask, "Why at Hannah's"? I'm not crazy about going to Casino's..Is there any other options than going to Hannah's? just wondering...:dunno:
 
I have been involved in a complex phone tag with the manager at Harrah's - I chose Harrah's because its btw St. Louis and St. Charles, two great places to visit - they also have a great swimming pool, a kid's room and some good eatin' places.

If I am not able to get through with the manager, I will go to Plan B-C.

Im trying to get all details done at the end of this month.

Please be patient.
 
Oh sigh! I was hoping to get the finalized decsion. I do really need to know so I can reserve the airfare ticket for my son and I go to Los Angeles before or after AD. :)

So hope you can figure it out and set the final date soon!

My dear -- We are not going to Casino's for fun.... No, we are staying that where we can go to out to meet like Dave & Buster for enjoy out eat together. We have one room set up for meeting ADers and Alex, the Admin. Your kids can play in kids room or swimming to keep them busy. It is only few days to stay away from ur states for while.

There is another hotel, if Hannah's not get it work out. One of hotel is kind of bordoom so hope we can find something for everyone and kids, too for FUN. :)

Hannah would be great for me.. I'll run after Texas hold'em poker table. :D

:thumb: After July 10th is still good for me. I am really looking forward to coming down to Missouri and meeting everyone. DreamDeaf you are doing such a wonderful job. I am very sorry about the loss in your family, and I hope that you're doing much better now.

Harrah's is close to the Greater St. Louis Association on Deafness' (GSLAD) BRAND NEW hang out, so that means that there could be evening events there and stuff to do. When there's a date settled, DD or MD or myself could talk with them and set up something. GSLAD's digs include a deaf-friendly bar, a cafe seating area, and a large auditorium, all within a mile or so of Harrah's.

I would like to know if you had decide on the date yet? because I already have my cook-off schedule for this year, and I need to know exactly date is the AD Caucus will be on.... :ily:
 
me2.. :D hoping could look forward this.... So my hubby can day off long wknd.. due his work sheduled... Mine is flexible anytime anything I can day off... Nice Boss!
So I could meet'em AD'ers....
 
Got the beginnings of a nice headache marathon going now...

Im down to three choices now...

Holiday Inn St. Louis Airport - will hear from them via email today.

Drury Inn - corporate meeting place, but can accomodate us with outside caterers - will know more by tonight or tomorrow.

Crowne Plaza - will let me know if they have the rooms we need.


I will be making a poll when I'm down to the last two hotels - will need to know how many are coming for sure and how many are undecided as of yet...I do not really want to know how many are NOT coming, as that's a bit of a waste of time.
