People, this guy is delusional. You cannot take anything he says on here seriously. While it might be real to him, it's obvious that he is a bit out of touch with reality.
A perfect description.

Road Warrior Tips for the Extended Stay Traveler: How to Beat Jet Lag
I wrote this article back in the summer for a writing job I had. Hope it helps!
good article, really! I know I can't sleep on airplanes... or automobiles, trains, buses, boats, or anything else moving for that matter. But sometimes your choices are limited and overnight flights are the only option. I tried to dupe my body into sleeping by taking a pill- big mistake! My body became tired but my brain kept whirring off into these most ridiculous topics and it was amusing enough (but only just!) to keep me entertained and awake.
Yeah, I had to do a lot of research before writing it, and one of the things I found over and over again was that you should never take a sleeping pill to beat jetlag.
Best tip: if you're trying to sleep and you don't feel tired, get up and go for a walk, even if it's the middle of the night. As long as it's safe (and I think Dublin is a pretty safe city), have yourself a little early morning stroll. See how that part of the world is different at that time of day.
Enjoy your trip!
