Figured I might as well introduce myself or I'll never talk to anyone!
My name is Cameron, I am 19 and I'm a hearing ASL student.
I live in Nevada I have been taking ASL for two semesters in college and I love it! In January I get to go see my grandpa in Maryland and visit Gallaudet in D.C.! I am very excited for this opportunity but also a little nervous. As with any other language I am afraid to run into someone and not be able to fully communicate. I'd much rather be able to speak to those of you who are Deaf in ASL than have to write notes or expect you to read my lips! Any tips for visiting the campus other than having an interpreter?
