Hello Mother Goose! I just joined and would like to talk to you...I am deaf, mother of 3 and married. I just became deaf in Sept 2005. I had a few years of slowly going deaf. I am thinking about Cochlear because I was a hearing person and might no have as much trouble adapting to it. How do you get along with your family? I feel like we are all speaking a different language and can't understand each other. It's really hard for my 4 year old. I want my family to learn ASL but, don't know where to go to to get help.
