Hey there. I'm into photography and other visually oriented arts. I met a deaf person through work, and have always been interested in learning a second language. It occurred to me then that people who can't hear would likely have the same visual interests that I do, so I started learning sign language. Unfortunately, my friend from work I don't get to hang out with very often, so I find it difficult to learn ASL on my own. Came across this forum while surfing online so I thought I'd introduce myself!

Well, I've looked breifly into ASL classes at douglas, but I didn't know about VCC or Cap College. OR the weekly group at Metrotown. Hahah, I'm sure glad I joined this forum. How do I sign up? What is it?
