Hi everyone, I am profoundly deaf, and grew up in a hearing family as well hearing community. My first experience with the deaf culture was when I first stepped into RIT a 2-3 years ago. It has been difficult to learn ASL, but hopefully will get there soon. I am currently applying for RIT/NTID Masters in Secondary Education for the Deaf. I do enjoy traveling and learning new things. I came across this websites while looking for LIVE CAPTIONS ANYWHERE application which did not find, but here I am now in hopes to get to know others, and learn more about the deaf culture.

Thanks for the welcome, and thank you even though I can communicate with the deaf I still need a long way in ASL. My deaf friends say I move to much when I sign, but I did joined the site not necessarily for ASL, but meet others who are deaf. Something that I lacked while growing up. So thank you again for the welcome
