Oh, so now it is against the rules to make too many threads? How many is too many?

On another forum I used to be a member of, members could not make new threads except in the introduction area until they had reached 100 posts. Once that was reached you were allowed to make only 3 new threads per day and they had to be in different sections of the forum. Of course this was a large forum that at last count had some 5,000 or so members, 1,000 of which were active members. I am no longer a member of this forum as it became too much drama.

That's actually a good concept. I was wondering the same as to how many is too many. I hadn't worried for myself because I don't make new threads often at all. Anyways, I wonder if AD should consider implementing some guidelines/rules about thread counts.

If that were implemented here, M would hit his quota by 9:00 am and we could just let the threads drown under the other threads. If he goes over the maximum he should be given a 24 hour ban. If he continues to go over the limit then he will eventually end up permabanned.

Alex should take that into consideration and hopefully implement it. That's a great suggestion.

That is what we normally do. I just like to see how Matajan do, he is pretty harmless. But again, like I said before, if he create other thread, I will give him a warning.

He will create another thread, it is just a matter of time. It's like watching a car wreck, you know it's going to happen, and you know it's going to be bad.
