hello! my name is nia, and i’m new here! i was born deaf, but then regained my hearing, though i’ve been losing it gradually over the years. i currently wear hearing aids, though one day i might be completely or nearly deaf. i joined alldeaf to connect with other people in the deaf community, since i feel very isolated since i don’t really know anyone around my age with the same thing. anyways, i hope to meet some people and make friends!
