Hearing Service Dog Stolen!

Just received this in my email from NYC ASL group -

Last Thursday night on WABC-TV news there was a report of a small dog stolen from a home in Ozone Park, Queens.

The dog recognizes sign language. His owner is a young, DEAF girl. She is devastated. NYCASL and NYCdog is calling out to all dog owner groups to spread the word. Let's help find this dog.

(Incidentally, this is the third dog stolen from a house or yard in the last week in Queens.)

Well they should just return it or something... I sent your link out to several of my friends and they just couldn't believe that somebody would actually steal a dog after robbing the entire apartment...

I almost threw up, as I thought he meant they will use it for bait to train fighting dogs.

I feel sad for this girl. Let's hope that the dog will run away and find its home or someone finds the dog for the girl.
