Apparently you don't understand the fair use laws, particularly related to de minimis. There is nothing dishonest about it, and it has been supported by the courts.When it is a direct quote, it needs to be in quoatations. I am amazed that you would support such dishonest behaviors as using another's words and taking credit for them as your own.
The kind of "quotes" used at AD would fall under "The Effect of Your Use Upon the Potential Market for the Copyrighted Work." If I reply, "make my day," it's not going to effect the rental or sales of Clintwood's movie.
