My siblings were born in 60s, 70s, me and my youngest sister in 80s. My college roomate was born in '85 and his only one sibling was born in '05 from the same father.
I would hate to be that woman. Just when you think all the kids are out of the house and your time is your own again, oops! Here comes another round of diapers and spit-up!
But different mother, I'm guessing?
It's not terribly unusual to have large gaps in age from a father; more so from a woman having her first at age 20 or so and then the last in her mid-40's. It happens, of course, but it's not common.

NO....still the SAME mother. Damnit. WE don't have any of the half-blood.
It's amazing how a woman's hormones can flare up for one last chance just before they shut down entirely. I've known of more than one "oops" baby. Twenty-five years difference between oldest and youngest is really unusual, though.
Anyone have kids so far apart in age in which they were born in different decades, like for example, one kid was born in the 80s, one born in the 90s, and in the 00s and so forth? If so, share your experiences! Did the age difference make for interesting relationships btw your children? Share your stories!
Most parents opts for children close in age as they can ...mostly 2 years apart but it is rare for parents to have children 5 plus years apart in age.
My hubby and I are seriously considering for trying another one and if we do, then that would mean all 3 of my kids will be born in different decades...my daughter in the 90s, my son in the 00's and new baby in the 10s.
Just wondering if anyone out there like that?
How about Susan Boyle? She won the 2nd place in 2009's American Idol.....she has 8 brothers and sisters and Susan is the last child. I have completed reading her autobiography book recently. Her oldest sister is well over 20 years older than her. All of her siblings were born in late 30s, 40s, 50s and Susan in early 60s.
