I am curious.... Who's the last one to turn on their heat!!!!

Have you turned yours on yet? :shock:


We have already had snow and did get to heat furnaces on last weeks ago!:roll:
 
We did few weeks ago then turned it off when we had very nice weather last week. Now we had to turn it back on cuz it getting so cold! Oh well!
 
Not yet. Yes, it is getting cold but I'm not turning on the heat!
 
I didn't want to, but my husband gets cold, so we had heat on for one week now.
 
Jeez!...We still have our A/C on! But our mornings have been sooo "Octoberish and Novemberish"!....(for Florida)....our Doggie just loves this cool weather in the AM...but it gets HOT in the evenings.
 
We too have our A/C on. We only use the heat for a week or tow around here. MIL is the one who gets cold. Well, my mothers does as well, but she still has all of her Winter weather clothes from Missouri.
 
I turned mine on a couple of times, but it's so NOISY I turned it off after a few minutes. I think I'll stick to using my electric blanket throw in the living room lol. Hasn't been too cold yet though.
 
Yes, I adjust the thermostat to use heat during night only.
 
I've been using mine at night only for the last week or two. The nights are into the 30's and 40's now. Daytime is still nice at 50-60+
 
It had been hoovering at 40's in the last 3 weeks and I gave up shivering at nights and put heating on for few hours last week. Now it's on in the mornings 3 hrs and evenings 3 hrs.

Ditto in southern Arizona.
 
Yes, there were many cold days/nights already. Thankfully this week looks fair and mild, but Im sure thermostat will still get low enough to turn heat on at nights.
 
Not going to turn heat on until it's 40°F or below

So.. haven't turn on.
 
It's been below 40 degrees a few times last month so I turned on the heat a few times.
 
I have turned it on a few times briefly but not this week. It has been mild so far and in the 60s the next few days here.
 
It is too early to be turning on the heat here. I like my bedroom cool , I sleep better.

My thermostat is capable to do but I disabled it because of messed up in past so I prefer to change the thermostat on my own instead of program the schedule.
 
I have for the last 2-3 nights. Today I have been absolutely freezing ever since I got up. I felt a bit off at work so maybe I have a slight fever which could partially explain my chills. We were under a freeze warning over the weekend. BRRR.
 
My husband turned it on to test it and burn away the dust. It was on about 10 minutes. No more. It was about 90 degrees here on Sunday. Ugh. Too hot.
