Has anyone seen or heard about Phonak CROS transmitter? I found out about them the other day. Does anyone know if they are any good?

Yeah im single sided, hence the question about a hearing aid for single sided
 
Did you get the aid? I'm going in on Friday to check it out. I'm also going to look at the latest Smartlink and Icom. I don't know if the sound on icom is as good as Smartlink. However, since both use wireles or bluetooth I'm not sure either will be as good as my wired Smartlink(it has a headphone jack).
 
Sorry it never told me that you had responded to this and only just looking back now. I am hopefully getting the aid soon, I went for a hearing test which took ages to get the results back from, then they fitted me with a traditional hearing aid

Which I said wouldn't help (turns out it didn't) so they sent me for an MRI scan which proved that it certainly wouldn't have helped and now I am currently waiting for a CROS hearing aid. Which will hopefully be the end of putting up with the NHS's extremely long waiting times between appointments.

Did you get one in the end? How has it been?
