Oh yes? Why do you think that Focus' a bad car? Because it have been in top ten for last 2-3 years? I don't know but... it's a sporty family car... :D
 
Actually the Ford Focus is a very bad investment.

Yes, they're popular, but when it comes to reliablity and expenses, they're poor in that venue.

They break down more frequently than other cars, and they're pretty much 'throw away' cars, probably only keep them 2-3 years.

Yeah, yeah I'm a girl but I know a bit about cars ;P

I did own 2 Fords, they're alright but the best was the '65 Mustang I restored (which I miss), and a Explorer which died New Years Eve in Las Vegas. Hah.

Ha ha, okay... What do you own right now? Another version of Ford Focus... A Toyota matrix? :D Just kidding... You know some good cars? I'm looking for a car to get. But sometimes it'll be nice to get cheap thrills daily with souped up engines! :naughty:

Right now I have a red Chevy Calivaler Z24. It's cute, and last long, better reliability, but the safety rating isn't so hot, lol. Oh well... I don't plan on speeding it so much (which is probably why the ratings are so low.... most owners with this kind of car soup it up and race them)

but then again, parts are sometimes hard to come by unless you live in LA or someplace where there's so many cars and auto dealers

It sounds like you're looking for a hatchback sporty car. There's the Madza Protege5 -- have you looked at that?

I'm just looking for a good domestic car... I did look at a new Grand Prix from GM but checked with MPG and others' mpg sucks too. Oh well... But I'll have some happy huntings! heh... Thanks for the input of which car to look at. I'm quite impressed at how you know about cars... ;)

Anyways... Sorry, guys that we aren't talking about this Evil Twin by Ford... hee hee... I think that it looks good... Europe always get any things first than America because it has to be inspected before we can sell to americans... *scoffed* Lucky europeans!

It's already here in Australia -- the KA Ford is quite a popular...among the top 20 of cars picked as first cars, and so forth.

I would never buy a Ford, but it is interesting to see what kind of expensive concept they can develop while making cheap, breakable engine parts inside.
